Understanding you, in a way that suits you.

In my psychotherapeutic work, I believe that the person who knows you best is you. My role is to facilitate both of us understanding you as best as we possibly can, which will often mean us creating a highly individualised approach to therapy.

Areas of Expertise

Whilst I am open to working with a broad range of clients, I specialise in themes relating to:

- Loss & Grief, including death, abandonment, and ambiguous loss (“ghosting”, for example)

- Neurodiversity: Making meaning of diagnosis, navigating post-diagnostic journeys together and as family units (both child and parent perspectives).

- Complex and Traumatic Relationships: Abandonment, Adverse Childhood Experiences (“ACEs”), Experiences of Attachment, Loss, Navigating Change.

- Change and Transition: Making sense of endings and beginnings, anxiety and change, disruptive events.

- Chronic Health: Ideantity loss, navigating relationships with self and other, hopelessness and grief, experiences of pain and fatigue.

If you do not see themes that relate to you in this list, this does not mean we can’t work together - please speak to me about your experiences during our initial consultation, and we can explore this in more depth together.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation for all prospective clients - please e-mail me to arrange this.
